Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment online. We also accept credit card payment over the phone and cheques (please note that if you pay by cheque your item will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.) We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Visa Electron & Solo.
All items are charged to your card immediately after your order is taken. However, if you would like to pay a deposit until your item arrives in stock please contact us on 01924 372300 and we can take your order over the phone and take a 25% deposit.
When the item arrives in stock, we will contact you. We will then take your card details again in order to process the balance payment. All orders must be paid for in full at least the day before delivery of the furniture. Please do not e-mail credit card information, please contact us on 01924 372300.
NOTE: Once your payment has been taken your card details are then destroyed.

When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
You are also welcome to visit our store at any time where we may have other products apart from those shown on this site.

Can you Supply Furniture We have seen elsewhere?
We have many suppliers and can supply the majority of furniture on the market today. However, we will only supply furniture that we know will be problem free and give you many years of pleasure.
Price Guarantee
We constantly check our competitor’s websites to insure that we always provide you with the most competitive price. However, in the unlikely event that you are offered a better price please contact us.
NOTE:
- The goods must be new, not shop soiled, returned or ends of line stock.
The goods must be purchased as separate items, not discounted with other items.
The products should be continually available to the general public at the price.
Proof of quotation/purchase/delivery costs must be produced.
